Home Visits

You should always try to attend the surgery for an appointment where possible, as this allows a more thorough and dedicated health check, and allows immediate access to other services within the Practice should they be required.  It also avoids undue delay in being seen as it may not be possible for the GP to leave the surgery until late in the day due to other clinical responsibilities.

Should you be unable to attend the surgery to attend an appointment due to illness, a home visit may be arranged.   Any requests for a home visit should be made before 10am where possible to allow the GP to schedule this into clinical time.

HOME VISITS WILL NOT BE ARRANGED FOR PATIENTS DUE TO TRANSPORT ISSUES, OR FOR CHILDREN WHO CAN BROUGHT TO THE SURGERY BY AN ADULT.
