PLEASE NOTE - RECEPTION DESK IS CLOSED UNTIL 9am and between 1pm and 2pm each day, however staff are still available to answer emergency calls.  

If you have an appointment when the reception desk is closed, please use the self check in screen. 

The surgery will be closed on public holidays as listed below. On these dates, you should contact 111 for emergency medical issues.
